Candle Making Experience

Is your inner DIY itching for a new crafty event for date night, girls night, or team building without having to buy all of your own supplies and make a mess at home? Then book your candle making experience with Janay Xavier Essentials in Yorktown Mall.

Experience the step-by-step techniques to make your own 100% soy wax candle(s). Learn to create a customized fragrance for your candle(s), pick your vessel then mix and pour your very own candle(s). The Candle Making Experience will last about 30-75 minutes and then the candle will need at least 2 hours to set enough to bring home. Please do not burn your candle until at least 3 days after the class to allow the candle to cure.

• Your candle(s) needs 2 hours to set for you to take it home so please take this time to explore what Yorktown Mall has to offer.
• If you are not able to wait for your candle(s), we will hold your candle(s) for 7 days. 

• Yes! Kids like candles also and it's a great craft to experience.
• All participants must be at least 8 years of age. All participants ages 8-12 must be accompanied by a parent and a ticket of their own.            

•  CANCELLATION POLICY - Refunds are only allowed within 24 hours of your purchase; if your class is not within the same 24 hours. Cancellations within 24 hours of a class are non-refundable, yet eligible for rescheduling.                                                                                                                                             

• Late Policy- We offer a 10-minute grace period if you are late. The class will start 10 minutes after the scheduled start time. If you are running more than 10 minutes behind, out of respect for the other guests, we will allow a one-time reschedule of your candle-making experience for another time. 

• A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is due at the time of booking to block the date for your private party. The balance will be due 7 days before your scheduled class
• All classes should be booked 48 hours in advance 
•  If you do not show up for your class or cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled class, no refund will be issued.
